We own and control this website, and the website and any other website and administrative tools we make available at different times are called “Access Points.” Your computer or device through which you access the Access Points is known as a “Device.”

In this Privacy policy, the term “you” refers to any person or business who uses our services and provides data to us or any access point about him/herself or any other individual concerning the use of Access Points or our telecommunication services. 

When you access our services, we may ask you to submit information about yourself. When you use the services, we collect and process your personal information. Our privacy policy will explain how we might use that information.

Personal data or information refers to information about an individual through which that person can be independently identified. It does not include anonymous data from which the identity has been removed.
We may collect, use, store, and share different types of data about you, which can be:

Identity Data: It may include title, user name, first name, last name, company/business name, profession, and job title for businesses, administrators, and authorized users of the services.

Contact Information: This includes the delivery address, billing address, telephone numbers, and email addresses of the businesses or individuals subscribing to the services.

Financial Data: It includes the bank and card details of the businesses subscribing to our services.

Transaction Data: It includes payment details and the products and services you purchased from us.

Technical Data: It includes your IP address, login data, location and time zone settings, browser type and version, operating system, plugin types and version, and other technology on the device you are using to access our website.

Profile Data: This data includes your username, password, service subscription, your interests, feedback and preferences.

Marketing and Communication: It includes your preferences for receiving promotional or marketing emails or messages from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

Contact List Data: When you choose to upload your contact list within the access point, it includes the names and phone numbers present in your address book. This information displays the contact name during a call or message notification.

Call And SMS Log Data: It includes details of messages and calls sent or received using the services only and does not include details of calls or messages outside the access point.

Call Recording Data: This data includes audio recordings of the calls when you have enabled the call recording features while using the services. We store this information in our secure servers and do not retrieve it without your consent.

We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data, such as demographic and  statistical data, for different purposes. This data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data by law, as it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to determine the percentage of users accessing a specific feature. However, we may combine or link Aggregated Data with your personal data in such a way that it  directly or indirectly identifies you. In that case, we will treat the combined data as personal data and use it by this Privacy and Cookies Policy.

 

We do not collect personal data of any particular category (religious or philosophical beliefs, details about ethnicity or race, sexual orientation, trade union membership, political union membership, health, and genetic and biometric data. Similarly, we do not collect data about criminal convictions or offenses.

9. Where We Store Your Personal Information?

We store all your personal information in our secure servers. We use high-standard security and firewalls to protect this data. You have been given a password that allows access to certain services; you need to keep that password confidential and not share it with anyone.

Therefore, when you use your VoIP phone system strictly follow data protection principles. According to these laws, the use of personal data must be:

  • Not kept longer if not needed

11. Data Retention

How Long Will You Keep and Use My Personal Data?

We will keep your personal information for as long as the purpose of collecting this data is completed. We also keep it to satisfy legal or reporting requirements.

The time period for retaining personal data depends on its amount, sensitivity, risk from unauthorized use, purpose of processing, and applicable legal requirements. 

According to law, we must keep basic information such as identity, contact, financial, and transaction data for seven years after a customer leaves. For all other data, you can contact us for details of data retention. In certain cases, you can ask us to delete your data. 

We may also anonymize your data in certain situations, such as research or statistical purposes, where we may use this data indefinitely without further notice to you.
